Welcome to The Big Retreat: Feel Good, Your Way The Big Retreat Cambridgeshire is a long weekend of movement, music, creativity, nature and really good food — all set in the beautiful grounds of Abbot Ripton. Across three days, you can dip in and out of hundreds of experiences: yoga, fitness, breathwork, live talks, wild swimming, craft, bushcraft, cookery demos, woodland workshops, sound journeys, ice baths, hot tubs and more. Or simply wander the Village Green for coffee, cocktails and delicious food. As the sun sets, the festival shifts into warm, atmospheric evenings with live music, kirtan, campfires and starlit hot tubs. No pressure. No timetable you have to follow. Just the freedom to feel good in your own way.
