Lake Swimming & Paddleboarding
Enjoy peaceful lake swimming and paddleboarding sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Abbot Ripton. Our qualified instructors will guide you through a calm, confidence-building experience — whether you’re completely new to open-water sessions or looking to deepen your practice.
Each session begins with a short safety and technique briefing on land, before you head onto the water at your own pace. You’ll learn how to paddle with ease, feel steady on the board, and take in the stillness of the lake and countryside around you.
For something a little different, try SUP yoga — a gentle, grounding class on the boards designed to help you balance, breathe and connect with the water in a completely new way.
All equipment is provided.Just bring a towel, an open mind and a sense of adventure.
