Creative Calm on the Village Green
Come and get creative in our Arts & Crafts space, with relaxed, hands-on workshops designed for all abilities. Try something new, rediscover an old hobby or simply enjoy switching off and making something you can take home. All materials are provided and absolutely no artistic experience is needed.
Paper Weaving - Slow down and enjoy the simple pleasure of weaving with paper. Choose from a range of colours to create your own unique woven artwork to take home. No experience needed.
Picasso Cats - Create a colourful cat painting inspired by Picasso’s playful style. Have fun with bold shapes, expressive features and acrylic paints—artistic talent definitely not required!
Release Your Inner Child - Let go of perfection and rediscover the joy of creating. Experiment with playful mark making before turning your artwork into a simple handmade sketchbook.
Foam Printing: Birds & Butterflies - Discover the fun of foam printing as you design and print your own colourful bird or butterfly artwork. A relaxed, hands-on session suitable for complete beginners.
Pocket Hugs - Learn some simple hand-sewing techniques and create a small fabric pocket hug—a thoughtful little keepsake to carry with you or give to someone special.
Mindful Colouring Table – Drop InTake a little creative time out at our mindful colouring table. Drop in throughout the day, choose a design and enjoy a few peaceful moments with no booking required.

Woodland Crafts & Nature
Step away from the bustle of the festival and enjoy some time creating with your hands in the beautiful Tangled Woods. Try traditional countryside crafts including willow weaving and spoon carving, alongside a changing programme of nature-inspired sessions.
Whether you’re learning a new skill, making something to take home or simply enjoying the woodland surroundings, these relaxed sessions offer a chance to slow down, switch off and reconnect with the simple pleasure of making. No previous experience needed.
Small Craft workshops
Take some time out to get creative in one of our smaller, hands-on workshops. Try your hand at lino printing, pottery and jewellery making, with guidance from skilled makers. Some specialist workshops will carry an additional charge, depending on the activity and materials used. No previous experience is needed.
